Last year for the holidays I felt like adding something to what I brought to the table.
I found a recipe for Apple Tarte Tatin from and thought I'd try it.
I didn't really do very well that first time, as evidenced by the last two pictures.
This year though I paid closer attention to Chef's instructions and it turned out a lot better.
The first 3 pictures show this year's attempt. I'm a lot happier with the outcome.
