💚🖤 WELCOME TO THE EMPIRE FAMILY, COACH ALEX! 👑

We are excited to officially welcome Alex Thomas Mansell to the Empire family!

Alex will be working alongside our Empire staff, assisting with flexibility classes as well as offering stretching and jump private lessons and classes to help athletes take their technique to the next level.

And he may already look familiar! 👀 Alex is no stranger to your screens—many of you know him as “thatonefloorstuntguy” on TikTok! 🤸🏾‍♂️🔥

Beyond social media, Alex is no stranger to the competitive cheer industry. With years of experience as a USASF-certified judge for 4 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge, technique, and an eye for the details that make a difference on the competition floor.

We’re honored and excited to have him working alongside Empire Cheer Academy and pouring his knowledge into our athletes!

Please help us welcome the amazing Coach Ava to the Empire family! 💚🖤

Coach Ava has an incredible passion for tumbling and truly knows how to break skills down the right way — focusing on drills, technique, and building strong foundations to help athletes succeed. She understands that great tumbling doesn’t just happen overnight, and her patience and attention to detail make her such a valuable coach to have in the gym. 🔥

She has cheered alongside some of our very own staff members throughout her cheer career and continued her journey through high school cheer as well. Now, she’s making huge strides in the sport as a coach, currently coaching at Belvidere High School and helping athletes grow stronger every day. 👏

Her drive, knowledge, and passion for athlete development make us beyond excited to have her join the Empire Cheer Academy staff. The future is bright with Coach Ava in the building! 👑

Tori has been alongside some of our coaching staff since 2022, standing beside her cheer family through every chapter, every challenge, and every success along the way. Loyalty like that is rare… and it never goes unnoticed. 👏

Over the years, she has been coached and mentored by our incredible staff, helping shape her into the phenomenal athlete she is today. Now, she’s taking that next exciting step — transitioning from athlete to coach and continuing her passion for the sport in a whole new way. 🔥

Her love for cheer, positive energy, and dedication to growth make us so excited to watch her step into this new role. The athlete experience she brings to the floor is going to make such an impact on the next generation of Empire athletes. 👑

Coach Melody is already coaching with the confidence, knowledge, and presence of an elite-level coach — and that’s something you simply can’t teach. 💚🖤

She has trained under our phenomenal coaching staff and has soaked up every bit of knowledge, passion, and drive along the way, not to mention being a worlds level athlete and taking on the worlds stage so she knows what it takes to be amazing. Coach TT isn’t just talented — he’s one of the most decorated names in the allstar cheer community. With TWO World Championship titles, including a GRAND World Championship title, plus multiple NCA college national titles AND grand championships… it’s basically grand or nothing around here. 🔥

You may have even seen him on your TV screens starring in Netflix’s CHEER documentary or on America’s Got Talent — because talent like this doesn’t stay unnoticed for long. 👏
