The workouts may have been what brought us together, but somewhere along the way, it became so much more. 🖤

It became friendships.
It became accountability.
It became laughter, memories, sweat, celebrations, and a whole lot of life happening together.

This weekend, some of our DC girls got tattoos together, and I absolutely LOVE that they now have a permanent reminder of this chapter and the friendships that came from it. 🖤

This is what Dangerous Curves is all about. It’s never been just about the workout. It’s about the women beside you, the connections you make, and the memories you create along the way.

So proud of their journey and this incredible DC tribe. 👑🖤

Here’s to the friendships that started with a workout and became so much more.

"I never used to like my picture being taken but I also never realized how truly out of shape I was until I started really going to the gym. Now I look back on the very few photos I do come across and think.. wow. How did I let myself go.. how did I not see it sooner and damn, I’ve come so far.

❤️ DC FAMILY, LET’S RALLY AROUND ONE OF OUR OWN. ❤️

One of our fellow Dangerous Curves Boot Camp ladies, Angie Lambert Weber, and her family are facing something no family should ever have to go through.

What Justin and Angie thought was a pinched nerve turned into devastating news, doctors discovered three cancerous tumors in Justin’s brain and another cancerous spot on his lung. Justin has already undergone brain surgery to remove the largest tumor and is now home recovering as their family prepares for the next steps of oncology, radiation and treatment.

Angie has spent years pouring into our local community through her in-home daycare and through teaching Yoga and Pilates at Bloom Yoga Loft. She has supported so many families over the years, and now it’s our turn to surround her and the Weber family with that same love and support. ❤️

We would LOVE to see our DC family show up BIG for this event!

🥗 Make a plan for your meals instead of leaving it to chance.

🔥 FROM DAY ONE TO STRONGER THAN EVER 🔥

48 pounds DOWN… but the best part of this journey is what happened along the way. ❤️

Danel came into Dangerous Curves ready to make a change and she proved that when you commit, stay consistent, and put in the work, amazing things happen.

Now the goal has shifted… from losing weight to building muscle, getting stronger, and staying lean. 💪👑

Her words say it all:
“It works if you’re willing to make the changes. It’s YOU vs YOU!”

That mindset is what creates transformation. Not perfection. Not quick fixes. Just showing up, making choices that support your goals, and refusing to quit.
