Since 1976, we've been Cincinnati's only locally owned ski, board, kayak, longboard and gear shop.

Vertical Drop is committed to offering the best in skiing, boarding, kayaking, SUP, and outdoor apparel & accessories in a friendly, fun shopping environment. Our 30-plus years of expertise assures customers that equipment selected for them by Vertical Drop will fit and perform, no matter what their skill level. We specialize in custom boot-fitting, custom foot beds and expert tuning to improve yo

ur skiing or boarding. Our state-of-the-art repair shop offers tune-ups using a Wintersteiger stone grinder, as well as boot, ski and snowboard repair. Our staff is certified to work on all of the equipment we sell. Our friendly staff is made up of experienced riders and climbers who treat our customers as we would want to be treated: fairly, accurately and honestly.
