Autumn Nature Retreat | The Rosa Institute
October 25 | 12:00–4:00 PM | The Grail
Take a deep breath. Slow down. Let yourself have an afternoon with nowhere else to be.
This peaceful autumn wellness retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend a few nourishing hours in nature. Through gentle movement, sound, stillness, fresh air, creativity, and reflection, we’ll create space to relax the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
