Loveland Baseball Association For over 35 years, LBA has provided Loveland’s youth with quality recreational and competitive baseball at Centennial Park.

LBA's mission is to provide a supervised program of baseball games for the youth of Loveland while instilling the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, teamwork, loyalty and respect for others. Loveland Baseball Association welcomes the support of local businesses and organizations wishing to actively participate in the education and athletics of our youth. Without the support of businesses in th

e community, player fees would be prohibitively expensive and unattainable for many in the Loveland area. Thirty five percent of our annual budget goes to umpire salaries alone, 30% for equipment and uniforms, 25% for field maintenance and practice fields and the remaining 10% for insurance, security and general operating expenses. Not a dime goes toward Director or Coach salaries; these individuals donate their time and talent to the community. Our sponsorship programs are designed to provide exposure for our sponsors, allowing community members to see the sponsor’s support for youth baseball in Loveland. In addition to LBA events, there are several non-LBA events at Centennial Park exposing supporting businesses to people who will visit our baseball facility from cities along the Front Range and throughout the state.

50 years ago, a group of five men, Bus Tarbox, Gary Shelley, Jim Felton, Jim Roorda and Lew Moore, decided that Loveland needed a park dedicated to youth baseball, and a league for them to play.

Mother nature, where were you LAST WEEK?

With the rain tonight, game 2 of the 12U bracket is being delayed. Play will resume tomorrow at 5pm. With the 3rd seeded DSP Hot Rods winning the early game, they will play the 2nd seed at 7:30pm Wednesday night. The winner of the resumed game will then play the 1st seed on Thursday at 5pm.
