As Labor Day approaches, we’re taking a moment to recognize and celebrate the people who make it all possible — our incredible team members.

Labor Day is more than a long weekend or one last summer BBQ. It’s an opportunity to honor the hard work, dedication, and contributions of everyone who shows up each day, works hard, supports one another, and helps keep our businesses and communities moving forward.

In observance of Labor Day, Colorado Time Systems will be closed on Monday, September 7, and will return to normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8.

There’s something special about a leader who understands that building a great team goes far beyond the work we do every day.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have a Production Manager, "Moustache Tom," who is committed not only to getting the job done, but also to bringing people together and strengthening the sense of community here at Colorado Time Systems.

This past weekend, he organized our first CTS Family BBQ, giving our employees and their families an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy some great food, connect with one another, and simply have fun together.

The time, energy, and effort he and the team put into making the event happen did not go unnoticed. More importantly, it reflects the kind of culture he is working hard to build—one centered around teamwork, connection, appreciation, and family.

We couldn’t be more appreciative of his leadership and everything he is doing to bring our team closer together.

And judging by the success of the first BBQ, it looks like we may have a new CTS tradition on our hands! 🌭☀️
