Let’s talk about something simple but powerful ...mindful eating. 🥑✨
These are four habits our amazing personal trainer, Yogi, likes to practice and loves sharing with her clients:
1️⃣ Eat Without Distractions: No phones, TV, or laptops… just you and your food.
2️⃣ Slow Down: Chew thoroughly and actually taste what you’re eating.
3️⃣ Listen to Your Body: Pause and ask, Am I truly hungry or just bored?
4️⃣ Portion With Purpose: Serve what you need, and stop when satisfied, not stuffed.
It’s not about restriction... it’s about awareness. Save this list and try one new habit at your next meal. Your body will thank you, and your mind will feel calmer too. 💛
