Meet Sloan! Sloan Mills is a passionate movement instructor with a strong foundation in both dance and Pilates. With over eight years of experience teaching dance, Sloan brings a keen eye for alignment, technique, and body awareness to every class she leads.
Sloan is certified in Hot Mat Pilates through Body Alive Fitness and has completed over six months of specialized training and apprenticeship under Annette Friesner in Reformer Pilates and Anchored Strength through the SAW Pilates Method training program. Her diverse background allows her to create classes that are both challenging and approachable, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence.
Sloan is teaching many of our dancers this summer through our Anchored/Reformer series as well as our 6 pm Thursday evening reformer class! Be sure to sign up for one of her classes! Our young dancers start today! We are so exited to have Sloan at the studio!
