"My name is John, I am 64 years old and have type 2 diabetes. I joined Loveland Athletic Club about 6 months ago. Since working out at this gym I have shed 45 pounds and was able to get off of my diabetes medications (very huge deal). I attribute a lot of my success in this journey to this wonderful gym. The owner Jay Watterson (pictured with me) is a super nice and helpful person. The gym has great equipment. The staff is very nice and helpful. The gym is locally owned and family operated. The members are nice and friendly. I highly recommend this gym, it has changed my life and it could change your life too. See you at the gym."
