A lot of new faces around here, so I wanted to reintroduce myself 👋🏻

I am Laura Phelps-Stackhouse, owner/programmer/coach and 🧠 behind Queen Bee Power. Although I am now retired, I spent over a decade powerlifting and still hold a few all time world records across several weight classes and have the highest ranked total by formula.
Through my personal experiences, learning from and training with other ground breakers and legends in the sport, and years of studying and applying the Conjugate Method, I started Queen Bee Power.
I offer various levels of Powerlifting and Crossfit Programming as well as Individual Coaching (more info at the link in my bio).
Coaching has proven to bring me the most joy so far on my powerlifting journey. Being able to give back to the sport that changed my life by helping other athletes has been extremely rewarding. Nothing makes me happier than watching an athlete reach their full potential as a powerlifter 💛

What we’ll cover:
