What are you having for dinner?! I’ve been lacking dinner creativity recently. When this happens I resort to a big salad filled with veggies and protein. This salad is topped with mushrooms, tomatoes, bell paper, asparagus, and snap peas. I’m going to brown some ground beef and add that on top with a homemade red wine vinaigrette and have a sweet potato on the side.
Simple, easy, not boring, and yummy!
