What are you having for dinner?! I’ve been lacking dinner creativity recently. When this happens I resort to a big salad filled with veggies and protein. This salad is topped with mushrooms, tomatoes, bell paper, asparagus, and snap peas. I’m going to brown some ground beef and add that on top with a homemade red wine vinaigrette and have a sweet potato on the side.

Anyone else’s 5am wake-up call look similar?
•sports bra on because your basement is hot as heck
•yoga mat next to the deep freezer, which is also home to your coffee and water (because you gotta have both when you’re working out at 5am!)

🌟NEW CATEGORY ALERT🌟

We recently added a new category of classes called “Combo Classes.” These classes will be a COMBO of two types of classes. The newest class in this category is STRENGTH AND STRETCH, an in-studio favorite, where we do 20ish minutes of strength work followed by 20ish minutes of stretching! It’s the perfect combo!

Strength and Stretch 1/18/23 is up now. It’s 22 minutes of shoulders and 22 minutes of total body stretching. Enjoy!

Welcome 👋🏼 to the official Instagram page for our On Demand Workout Library! Since we are back recording and uploading new workout videos each week we thought it’d be good to create a page where we can post updates on the new classes as they drop! Check in daily for everything NEW in On Demand as well as fitness tips, motivation, food inspo and more!

Welcome everybody! Since I am back recording and uploading classes several times a week, I thought I would create a FB page where I can post updates when new classes are uploaded to the Library along with where to find them and class descriptions.

We can also use this page to connect (...and complain...) about the workouts! Happy sweating with you! NEW CLASS coming this afternoon. It's a COMBO class - 20-mins of strength and 20-mins of stretching!
