Are you coming into the gym on a regular basis, getting through your climbing session, going through the motions, and feeling a little bit awash? It is so easy to fall into a pattern of redundancy and loss of intent.

Nicole has encountered that same cycle many times throughout her extended climbing career. It even led her to leave it for a time. Thankfully, going through that process enabled her to learn and evolve in ways that only deepened her love of and appreciation for the sport.

Each session can be delightful and satisfying in spite of the period you are in with your climbing. Nicole is leading an exclusive adult team this fall with the mission of helping people rediscover focus and intent. You’ll be given a flexible, personalized plan, climb as a group, and learn how to structure your sessions so that you leave feeling fulfilled and energized.

Considerable emphasis will be placed on expanding your movement library and providing you with the tools to make every session engaging, fun, and tailored to the adaptations you are seeking.

Our team is looking for new members! We are hiring for routesetting, coaching, program development, and facility maintenance. Our starting wage is $18/hr, and we have both full and part-time positions available. Must love sweet treats (unless your name is Samuel), ridiculous videos, silly human tricks, vacuuming, gushing about climbing, cheerleading, as well as collaboration and a dynamic atmosphere.
