🏀 Week 1: Shooting & Finishing
🏀 Week 2: Creating Space & Ball Handling
🏀 Week 3: Footwork & Fundamentals
🏀 Week 4: Decision Making & Game Play

Every session includes:

✅ Live Reps
✅ Small-Sided Games

Players will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure the best development experience possible.

High School & College Summer Skills Workouts 🏀

Starting the week of June 8th.

⏰ Workout Times:
• Morning Session: 7:30-9 AM
• Evening Session: 7:30-9PM

Train with some of the top high school and college players in Northern Colorado this summer in a competitive, high-level environment built for serious players.

✅ Groups adjusted by level
✅ Competitive open runs
✅ Monthly memberships available

This summer we’re focused on skill development, confidence, decision-making, and competitive reps in a high-energy gym environment.

Open to players of all skill levels. Groups will be split by level to make sure players are challenged and developed appropriately.

If you’ve been around, you know what this is.

Open to all skill levels—but not all mindsets.

For players who truly want to get better. We group by level so you get real reps, real competition, and real development.

College + high-level varsity players in the gym setting the standard:
