Cody came to us after a significant injury from an accident at work. He wanted to regain his strength from before his injury. He has come to the gym and put in the work and has gained over 3lbs of muscle and is feeling great. He is now back to full function at work. Keep up the hard work man and keep pushing 💪🏻

Jamie came to us with a good understanding of fitness and the benefits of it, but wanted to kick it up a notch. She did just that, building 3lbs of muscle, all while learning new exercises and keeping it fun and challenging. Jamie is wanting to continue that progress and we know she will do just that! He came to NoCo wanting to recomp his body and he is making strides towards that goal. Bryan is currently 10lbs down and crushing it, his next goal is to get below 20% body fat! Our people have been on a roll lately!!
Big shoutout to Tammi today!!
She came to us looking to get more comfortable with lifting weights and wanted to get stronger in pressing motions. Tammi was involved in a mountain biking accident and had been dealing with weakness and instability in her shoulders. With continuously working out and pushing her limits in an effective way, she has gotten stronger AND put on 3lbs of muscle. She is steadily getting stronger in all pushing motions and her shoulder pain has eased up. Keep on pushing Tammi, literally and figuratively 🤣👏🏻 we are so proud of you!!
