Why use the pad at the edge of the mound!?
We use it to help our pitchers stop 🛑
Teaching strong front side so they are able to finish their back leg and snap that ball off their hip so everything is working in sync💪🏾💪🏾💥

Good Direction = Better Results

Working reaching with the lead leg and driving out to our target and making sure are not open when we land so we can give ourselves a better chance at hitting spots & have cleaner mechanics‼️💪🏾
