Listen in & understand why the wrist need to be turned in throughout the swing!

As we can become top hand dominant or bottom hand dominant leading us to not be able to drive the ball to certain parts of the field and cause us to cut our swing off and not have extension.

This is communicated to all athletes during our lessons so they understand this and are able to get the most out of their swings & at-bats!
