Congratulations to our GreenWorks 2nd Cohort on completing the very first GreenWorks Program!

This group worked through the heat, the rain, and every challenge that comes with working outside. You showed up, stayed committed, worked together, and got the job done.

Along the way, you learned more than just how to cut grass. You learned teamwork, responsibility, communication, and confidence by going door to door, talking to people you didn’t know, and earning your money through hard work.

We’re proud of every one of you for staying busy, staying productive, and trusting the process. Hopefully, this experience showed you that hard work pays off and that there’s value in learning a skill and putting it to work.

This is only the beginning. Be on the lookout for more youth programs and opportunities from Cole’s Foundation Inc. and Hope By Hope as we continue creating opportunities for young people in our community.

4th job on the Sunday recap 🌱💪🏾

By this point, the young men were tired but still locked in. That’s what the Cole’s Foundation Inc. x Hope By Hope GreenWorks Summer Program is all about — teaching them how to push through, work as a team, finish strong, and take pride in earning their money the right way.

From the back of the Durango to yard after yard, these young entrepreneurs are building work ethic one cut at a time.
