Pinion Drive bikes are low maintenance and durable. We build custom titanium bikes with Pinion Drives in all sizes for touring, gravel biking, or mountain biking. The Pinion Gearbox is an internally geared transmission housed in the crank shaft area. We have a custom 3dprinted Titanium bracket to hold the gearbox and connect it to the bike. For drop handlebars, we can set up electronic shifting using the TRP shift system which is extremely reliable. Belt or chain drives are optional and we can do any wheel size.

The B.I.G. 29er is available in two sizes. 2XL/3XL and 4XL. This one was powder coated a nice blue and features 29er wheels, Marzocchi Bomber Z1 fork and fox rear shock. The frame is 100% made in Colorado, USA too.
