Kentucky Golf Association The Kentucky Golf Association (KGA) is an allied Association of the USGA and the governing body of amateur golf in Kentucky.

The KGA's purpose is to serve our members, and to promote and grow the game of golf at all levels of play. The Kentucky Golf Association is an allied golf association of the United States Golf Association. The responsibilities of the KGA include overseeing the World Handicap System, administering Course Ratings, serving as experts for the Rules of Golf, conducting tournaments and USGA qualifiers, and also branding and marketing the game of golf in Kentucky.
