But we donā€™t body shame over here @ Jays World Of Fitness we habit shame, it hit different.

It donā€™t matter if youā€™re fat, obese, outta shape, overweight/ whatever you want to call yourself. You have a home here @ Jays World Of Fitness Gym

But what we will not do is make reasons why it canā€™t be done. We fix problems and donā€™t allow them to hold us back no matter what. Emphasis on the NO MATTER WHAT. We also break bad habits and acknowledge them for what they are.
