But we don’t body shame over here @ Jays World Of Fitness we habit shame, it hit different.

It don’t matter if you’re fat, obese, outta shape, overweight/ whatever you want to call yourself. You have a home here @ Jays World Of Fitness Gym

But what we will not do is make reasons why it can’t be done. We fix problems and don’t allow them to hold us back no matter what. Emphasis on the NO MATTER WHAT. We also break bad habits and acknowledge them for what they are.
