The legend of Teddy Bridgewater began at Louisville in Week 3 of the 2011 season against UK, after Will Stein—now the head coach of the rival school—went down with an injury in the 2nd quarter.

From the jump, the freshman took charge, controlling the offense at the line of scrimmage and making clutch throws when Louisville needed them most.

Blake asked Josh Chichester when he knew Teddy was different from any other quarterback.

“From the first day he got there.” J-Chi said.

Chichester also looks back on the day Teddy 2 Gloves let it spin from the 50-yard line into a trash can in the back corner of the practice facility with nothing but a flick of the wrist.

At that moment, Chichester thought:

“Oh yeah, he nice.” 🤣

Today on The Pat McAfee Show, ESPN analyst Greg McElroy joined the show, and Tone Digs asked him about Sunday’s Louisville vs. Ole Miss matchup.

McElroy, who will be on the call for the game, said:

“I’m telling you, Louisville is so dangerous, guys.”

He also pointed out the impressive stat that Jeff Brohm has knocked off an AP Top 10 team in each of his first three seasons with The Ville.

Ultimately, it could come down to whether the Cardinal defense can contain Trinidad and prevent him from taking over the game like he did against Georgia last season.

McAfee wrapped up the conversation by talking about all the Ole Miss hype, but added:

“You gotta start off with Brohm & Louisville… good luck.”

Who’s the more iconic No. 1? 👀

Terence and Blake welcomed Mitchell & Ness as the newest partner of the show and put together their Top 5 most iconic throwback jerseys of all time.

During the debate, Blake selected Penny Hardaway and the Orlando Magic pinstripes, but considered swapping him out for Shaquille O’Neal, knowing Tracy McGrady would eventually come along and make No. 1 his own for a new generation of fans.

Blake’s argument was simple: for a jersey to be truly iconic, a player has to completely own that number with a franchise. And when it comes to the Magic’s No. 1, fans are still split between Penny and T-Mac.

Terence gave the crown to T-Mac, while giving Penny the edge in the sneaker game.

So, who is the most iconic No. 1: Penny Hardaway or Tracy McGrady?

Bellarmine’s Pedro Bradshaw is representing Team USA tonight as they take on Chile in the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers at 7:10 ET.

Pedro kept it real, sharing something his trainer Chris Moses once told him:

“Dro, you know you’ve literally had every reason to quit or give up…”

Through it all, Pedro’s faith and belief in himself have continued to fuel his journey — from overcoming adversity to representing Team USA and helping Davis Steel capture the TBT Championship.
