The final 2025–2026 Exposure Events 17U Boys Power Rankings are in, with the Top 5 separating themselves in different ways.
🏀 No. 1 J Five Elite BSC (SC) — 29-4, 87.88% win rate and the division’s top ELO at 1140. They also played far more games than the rest of the Top 5 and closed on an 8-game winning streak.
🏀 No. 2 VSC U16-U17 Elite (Canada) — 15-2 with an 88.24% win rate, averaging 67.4 points while allowing just 47.9 per game.
🏀 No. 3 DE Running Rebels (DE) — A perfect 12-0, the only undefeated team in the Top 5. They allowed just 39.0 points per game and finished on a 12-game winning streak.
🏀 No. 4 Missouri River Elite (ND) — 12-2 with the highest RPI in the Top 5 at .7214 and the group’s largest average scoring margin at roughly 22 points per game.
🏀 No. 5 JG Elite (IN) — 13-2 with an 86.67% win rate and an 11-game winning streak to close the season.
One of the most interesting takeaways: the Top 5 order matches their ELO rankings exactly, showing how the final rankings balance overall performance, strength of results and body of work—not simply win-loss record.
