Sunspot Sport & Health Fitness was founded by Jimmy Rigsby and is staffed by physical fitness trainers certified with nationally accredited institutions such as ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) and ACE (American Council on Exercise). We have trained numerous clients for weight loss and streng

th conditioning with a focus on nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition to our academic backgrounds, our professionals’ careers include an extensive knowledge base in the medical arena of physical fitness training and rehabilitation. Our team shares these experiences in hopes to inspire and encourage individuals to explore living a healthy lifestyle. Our vision for Sunspot Sport & Health Fitness is to provide an exciting and life-changing source for innovative personal fitness and outdoor fitness programs promoting health and wellness in local communities throughout the Greater Toledo, OH area. In addition, Sunspot Sport & Health Fitness is dedicated to personal growth, development and self-empowerment through community service.
