Starting next week, Labor Day.

Excited to start offering striking classes for kids! All kids classes are focused on body awareness, building strength and confidence, and making combat sports FUN. Safety is our number one priority with your little ones, please reach out with any questions.

*Bring the gi for BJJ if you have it, we will keep an eye on temperature and not put it on if the weather is still this hot 😇

Joe and Yani are out of town! Women's BJJ and Yogalates are cancelled, and our 6am BJJ Gi classes will be more of a drilling / open rounds time rather than a class with instruction. 🤠
