Tegridy Cookies #3 looking and smelling amazing during her second run. A very berry heavy terpine profile with a subtle cookie nose on the backend. This AlpinStash Original is a cross between the Fourm Cut of GSC and Lemmiwinks. This pheno wasn't going to be the keeper, but we ran her again just in case. It's a good thing we did because she's 100% better then her first run. If you're pheno hunting you should ALWAYS run every pheno at least one additional time before you make your final selection (unless a pheno herms, of course). I can't tell you how many times we've had a pheno which was mediocre during her first run turn into absolute fire every additional run. Yeah, this more takes time to find a true all-star stable pheno, but slow and steady wins the race.

- Nature - even if it's just grounding down into the grass for a few minutes, feels so good.⁠⠀
- Reading - transport your mind into a different world.⁠⠀
- Cooking - nothing like a nourishing meal made with your own two hands to make you feel whole.⁠⠀
- Movement - dance/run/skip/stomp/bounce/shake it out!⁠⠀
- Cannabis (duh) - find a strain that soothes you. We've personally had success using strains high in Myrcene to help us find stillness. 🌱
