Welcome to the Backside Trail Marathon & Half!

Sunday, April 27 | 8:00 AM | Seneca Park, Louisville

Run the roads Saturday, then hit the trails Sunday — or just come for the Backside and enjoy the ride. This is your chance to race through beautiful Cherokee Park, one of the original Olmsted-designed parks.

WHAT TO KNOW:

Packet Pickup:
Saturday, April 26 at Quest Outdoors (4–6 PM)

Race Day at 7:00 AM (Start/Finish area)

Choose Your Challenge:
Half or Full Trail Marathon

Or go big with the Double Down — run both days and earn special bling

Aid stations every 2–4 miles

Drop bag area available (must be labeled, no trash bags)

8-hour course limit – trail running shoes highly recommended

“Tired legs, muddy shoes, great views – always a must-do race!”
Whether you’re going all-in or just out for a trail adventure, Backside delivers the fun.

Congrats to our winners of Louisville Lovin’ the Hills 2025!

The 21st running of LLTH was a great success and thanks to everyone involved!

Our Men’s first place for the 50k was Jameson Klepner.

Our Women’s first place for the 50k was Daisy Packer.
