Strengthen, mobilize, and decompress your spine with peace of mind. I'm a passionate movement educator with over 12 years of teaching experience. I teach both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® classes in Louisville. I've had a career as a professional dancer, choreographer, and ballet instructor traveling around the US. I attended California State University of Long Beach for Dance. I've trained with different Master Trainers from around the US. On my free time I enjoy playing board games, rock climbing, and spending time with my dog Bolin.

I'm excited to share that I've officially become a GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainer.

This means I'm now qualified to teach the first step of the official GYROKINESIS® teacher training curriculum, helping future teachers begin their journey with this incredible method.

This milestone represents years of study, continuing education, and mentorship. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way, especially the teachers and clients who have challenged me to keep learning and growing.

I'm also excited for what this means for our Louisville community. As I continue expanding my knowledge, I look forward to offering more educational opportunities and sharing this work with even more people.

It was truly inspiring, joyful, and educational to learn from Master Trainer Alicia Head (Alicia Head) this weekend! Alicia's passion for the GYROTONIC® Method, movement education, and ballet is energizing and inspiring. We feel so grateful that she traveled to Louisville to share her wealth of knowledge, experience, and love of movement with our community.

What an incredible weekend of movement, learning, and connection! From workshops for dancers and teachers to classes for beginners and movement enthusiasts, it was such a joy to see so many people come together to explore the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods.

Thank you to everyone who attended, asked thoughtful questions, and made this weekend so special. Your curiosity, energy, and willingness to learn made it an unforgettable experience.
