On Sunday, February 4th, Aun Loon Gwan Kung Fu School celebrated our 5th anniversary in Louisville, KY! Thank you to all the students, family and friends that were able to come out and celebrate with us. Thank you to all the students for making Aun Loon Gwan a great community and not just a martial arts school. Also, thank you to the King Buffet for accommodating us and providing us with wonderful food.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize 3 of my amazing students yesterday on achieving their White Sash at Aun Loon Gwan Kung Fu School (not an easy task). Congratulations to Ricardo, Antonio Coriano and Dylan Ford. You are fantastic students and even better people! You all make me proud everyday. Also, thank you to everyone for coming out and showing support for your fellow classmates. It was a night I will not forget.

It's been a long few months, and if you are looking to learn to defend yourself while getting into better shape or deal with anxiety/depression please consider a thousand year old traditional martial art.
