✨sound bath in the chapel ✨

some of you know I work each Sunday morning singing at Central Presbyterian in Old Louisville

I decided to give back for my birthday by providing a sound bath and chair yoga class for members of the church community 🩷

it was a beautiful and memorable experience 🙏

✨ she reached her goal this morning in my 10:45 hot vinyasa 🥹 and she’s been showing up week after week with fierce power!

🙏 your discipline and drive is sooo inspiring and you deserve to be celebrated!!! 💖🥹
