"StayHard Saturday" .... I went above my pay grade today with carrying a 20lb med ball on my shoulder while walking a slight incline on the treadmill for 200m with a heavy resistance band pulling me back while I force myself to go forward. It took my breath away but I'll keep doing it until it doesn't take my breath away and I'll do more. Today's workout consisted of 3 rounds:
200m incline heavy band resistant walk shoulder carrying a 20lb med ball
5 eccentric t chest presses w 225lbs
10 wide grip pull ups
20 kb walking shooting lunges
20 hanging knee raises
Total: 600m treadmill walk, 15 ecc...t-chest presses, 30 wide grip pullups, 60 walking lunges, 60 hanging knee raises
