We are so excited to add in this class for older kids and ninja graduates! Starting in January, we have an 8 week program on Mondays at 7pm focused on strength, mobility, functional movement, speed, balance, and agility. This will be a fun, fast-paced class that will improve or maintain fitness through the colder months. Register through edgekidsgym.com Customer Portal!
