Join our 12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge and keep your mind, body, and spirit in peak form this holiday season! Each day adds a new challenge, just like the classic song, until youβre doing ALL 12 moves on Day 12! Can you make it through all 12 days? πͺπ

Hereβs the Challenge Lineup π
Day 1: 1οΈβ£ Plank Hold (aim for 1 minute)
Day 2: 2οΈβ£ Cossack Squats (per leg)
Day 3: 3οΈβ£ Glute Bridges
Day 4: 4οΈβ£ Push-Ups
Day 5: 5οΈβ£ Burpees (we had to π)
Day 6: 6οΈβ£ Tricep Dips
Day 7: 7οΈβ£ Sit-Ups
Day 8: 8οΈβ£ Alternating Lunges (per leg)
Day 9: 9οΈβ£ Leg Lifts
Day 10: π Mountain Climbers (per side)
Day 11: 1οΈβ£1οΈβ£ Jumping Squats
Day 12: 1οΈβ£2οΈβ£ Plank Jacks

On Day 12, youβll complete all 12 exercises in one epic holiday workout.

How to Win:

If you complete all 12 days, you will win:
1 Private Personal Training session OR 1 Week of Vitality Camp Classes at ZNT!
If you miss a day, don't worry! Every day you participate, you will also be entered into our Christmas drawing for another chance to win!
