Jeffrey Howard travels the world teaching teachers. Known in the USA, Europe, Asia, and South Africa, Jeff resides in both the USA and South Africa
Jeff Presently resides in Lexington, KY. Working at LAC and LA fitness, Upon his return state side he has become a Master Trainer for both TABATA Boot Camp and Water in motion
.Jeff works as lead instructor in South Africa to work with the Virgin Active group as well as North West university , international College of Kinesis as well as training the South African police department He has the lead instructor at the Discovery and Vuka Vuka convention in SA .Priory he worked as Group Fitness Manager for Equinox fitness and Crunch in Chicago, Where he developed signature classes like RockinStrength, Rockin abs, Aqua evolution and many more. Jeff relocated in late 2004 from Wyndham’s Golden Door Spa in Puerto Rico, as a pioneer instructor since their opening. During a hectic year Jeff was invited to participate in the opening ceremonies of the Summer Olympics Games in Athens Greece. Currently a Global Ramping Trainer for Gin Miller, Gliding specialist, and Core Pole Trainer, Jeff also has assisted teaching Lawrence Biscontini on an international level. Jeff presents at international events such as IDEA, DCAC, REEBOK, JOHNNY G, and SCW, and most recently appeared on CNN, ABC, QVC, THE VIEW as well as OPRAH. Originally from Canada, Jeff is an AFAA and Ace Certification Examiner, as well as a Reebok master trainer, teaching both traditional and mind-body forms of fitness. Jeff appears in several internationally-selling fitness videos and info commercials, including “6 second abs, “absolutely Core,” “The Spa Workout,” and “Hydro Rep,”Latin fiesta “as well as numerous fitness equipment video demonstrations. Jeffrey’s innovative and award-winning ideas inspire programming at the Spa: from thrilling Power Walks with their outdoor full-moon Triathlon program, to Cycle Reebok (including “Yo-Cycle”®), or to inward journeys through Hatha yoga as a certified instructor, Jeff captivates. Condé Nast Traveler of April 2003 voted Golden Door Spa as number ten in the world based on these classes alone!
