Some thieves just do not care who is watching! In July 2007, a clever seagull in Aberdeen, Scotland, learned how to shoplift. The locals even gave him the name "Sam." Whenever the store worker was not looking, Sam the seagull would walk right through the open doors of a local shop. He would march up to the snack rack, grab a bright orange bag of cheese chips in his beak, and run outside! Once outside, he would rip the bag open and share the chips with his bird friends. Sam became a local star, and customers even started paying for his stolen snacks!

Night fishing is supposed to be quiet, but this raccoon had other plans! A man was set up on a fishing pier with his cooler full of fresh shrimp bait. He stepped away for a minute, and when he came back, he saw a raccoon standing up on its two back legs. The bandit was walking like a person and digging through the cooler with its little hands! The raccoon grabbed a handful of shrimp, looked the man right in the eye, and waddled away on two legs just like a human thief. It was so funny and weird that the fisherman could not even be mad that his bait was gone!

You think you caught a nice fish, but you actually caught a nightmare! A fisherman in the southern United States hooked a beautiful, large bass and pulled it up onto the shore. As he went to remove the hook, he noticed something wiggling deep inside the fish's throat. He peered closer and realized a live water snake was still stuck inside the bass's mouth! The snake was trying to crawl out, and the fish was still gasping. It was a wild "two-for-one" catch that looked like a scene straight out of a horror movie. He quickly let them both go and decided that was enough fishing for the day!

Every fisherman knows the feeling of a perfect cast—until a bird decides to intercept it! A man was practicing his casting near a lake when he launched his lure high into the air. Before the bait could even hit the water, a fast-moving seagull saw the shiny object flying and zoomed in. The bird snatched the fishing lure right out of the air in one quick grab! Now the fisherman had a real problem: he had a live bird on the end of his line. He had to stay calm, gently reel it in, and carefully help the bird get free. During a quiet fishing trip deep in the marshy waters, two friends heard a strange splashing noise right next to their boat. They looked over the edge and saw a massive Burmese python swimming right at them! A relaxing fishing trip in the swamp can turn into a terrifying chase scene very fast! While casting from a small kayak in a murky Florida marsh, a man threw his favorite frog lure out over the lily pads. But instead of a bass, something much bigger saw it splash. A giant, ten-foot alligator locked its cold eyes on the plastic bait! The huge reptile started swimming at top speed right toward the tiny boat, snapping its powerful jaws as it chased the lure. The panicked fisherman had to reel as fast as humanly possible before finally dropping his rod and speeding away. That is exactly why you must always keep your eyes peeled in the swamp!
