It is with heavy hearts that we share the heartbreaking news that our Performance Manager, Andrew Amburgey, passed away over the weekend.

Andrew was a beloved part of our fitness community. His energy, care, and commitment to supporting members and his fellow teammates made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with him. This loss is deeply felt by our entire team and he will be truly missed.

Turns out our pickleball social was actually a big dill! 🏓🥒

Big thanks to everyone who came out Tuesday night for friendly competition and lots of laughs. We had impressive rallies and some... let’s just say *creative* serves 🤭 but the night was one for the books. It wouldn’t have been the same without each and every one of you - we hope you had as much fun as we did!

Start your strength journey with Women’s Weightlifting this August!
