Update: Finally got to have my shoulder surgery! It went as well as it could with a clean out and bicep tenodesis (bicep reattached to the upper arm bone and off the labrum. 6 weeks in a sling and 4 months for full recovery. Day 1… success.

The great news is the heart is still normal with no issues post-procedure! The sled push got it up to 160 bpm so it works, haha!
