THIS Saturday 5/21 we will be at Fitness That Fits You for a Health and Wellness Pop-Up!

From 10 - 2 there will be some of the top healthcare practitioners in Louisville, and us, hanging out. There will be good conversations, prizes, a workout, and a TON of good information all in efforts of helping people push the needle in become more efficient humans.

Not speaking for others, but we at Linchpin Performance plan on:

1- Speaking about pain as it relates to psychology and training
2- Dry needling demos

Fitness That Fits You has a new part time massage therapist, Chanel Spencer. Owner of Love Lotus Massages!

Chanel will begin providing her lovely services (chair and bed) following Derby Weekend (May 7th-8th).

She will be at the space on weekends primarily!

She’ll also be providing chair massages at the Fitness That Fits You Ribbon Cutting on June 3rd! So exciting 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
