Two years. 50+ pounds. And a transformation that goes far beyond the number on the scale.
Today I want to celebrate Leslie and two years of personal training.
When you look at where she started and where she is today, the physical changes are easy to see. She’s lost over 50 pounds. She’s stronger. She moves better. Her fitness has improved tremendously.
But as her coach, those aren’t even the things I’m most proud of.
I’ve watched Leslie become consistent.
I’ve watched her go from working out because she knew she should take care of herself to making her health and fitness a real priority in her life.
And maybe most importantly, I’ve watched her confidence grow.
There’s something powerful that happens when you continually show up for yourself. When you do things you once thought you couldn’t do. When the weights get heavier. When movements get easier. When you realize you’re capable of more than you gave yourself credit for.
That confidence starts in the gym, but it doesn’t stay there.
Leslie, I’m incredibly proud of what you’ve accomplished over these last two years, and I’m grateful that I’ve been able to be your coach and be alongside you for the journey.
You’ve worked hard for every bit of this.
And for anyone reading this who feels like they need to completely change their life before they can become healthier—you don’t.
You start by showing up.
Then you show up again.
And eventually, those small decisions become consistency. Consistency becomes progress. And somewhere along the way, you realize you’ve become stronger, healthier, and more confident than the person who first walked through the door.
Congratulations on two years, Leslie. We’re not done yet. 💪
