Based on the information that is currently available, we plan to continue operating as usual. In an effort to protect our members and limit the likelihood of unnecessary spread of illness, we ask that anyone with any symptoms of the cold or flu, please stay home until symptoms pass.

Reminder!!!

Hero WOD Saturday at 10:00!!!

I decided not to post the workout ahead of time because I want you all to know that WHAT the workout is doesn't necessarily matter. Your opportunity on these days is to just be brave. Come and workout with someone else in mind and push yourselves more than you have before.

I will have scaling options and movement substitutions as needed but the purpose is to test your limits. I also have your best interest in mind so please don't be nervous! I will take care of you!

** I recommend not drinking heavily the night before. Get plenty of rest and get some good food in your body before you come. AND make sure you are hydrated.

I will explain the workout, make sure you know who we are doing it for and let you know why I feel these workouts are important.

I am SO excited for this and I hope you all are too!

Sweat for the vets is our very first fundraising event. We are raising money for Allegiance Ranch which connects rescue animals with veterans for therapy purposes! There is a fun 3 person team WOD for all ages and skill levels! More info to come!!!! 9/28 10am-1pm!!!
