Did you know gymnastics can be beneficial for babies as young as 4 months old? Our Bugs class at The Little Gym of Louisville is designed to give your little one a fun, engaging space to explore movement while building important early-development skills.

Through age-appropriate gymnastics activities, your baby can work on:
💪 Building strength and coordination
🧠 Supporting balance, body awareness & motor development
🤸 Encouraging tummy time and purposeful movement
👶 Developing confidence in a safe, nurturing environment
❤️ Strengthening the bond between baby and caregiver through play
