Pretty insane updated changes for .d.yancheson! We are finishing up another cut here for the summer before we put some lean size on him! This has been a process over time in many different phases, trips, events, etc. to achieve an awesome physique.

Starting as someone who had no real intentions to compete now he’s thinking about it with the new physique changes. Excited to see what another year will do!

Haley sought out help from Laura and got started in November of last year (2023) looking to lose 20lbs in 2 months (short term) and get down to 135lbs (long term).

So far, she’s lost 42lbs in the last 28weeks and is only 23lbs away from her ultimate goal.

She started out getting Nutrition-Only coaching from Laura but ended up upgrading to include Training as time went on to give Laura total control of all programming so she could get the most out of her experience!

Two of our Natural Bodybuilding Competitors from last year! Daniel and Pierre put in some serious work to win their classes. Pierre ended up winning Overall and his NGA Pro card in Men’s Physique!

We help all levels of competitors as well as all general nutrition clients who just want to get in shape or even just want to look like they compete!

Being able to help everyone with their goals is what we pride ourselves on!

Just a few of the awesome transformations from clients!

Each of them with different goals and body types we made adjustments weekly and different phases of training to achieve some pretty awesome physique changes.

With Spring Break right around the corner, this is a time where lots will get in the gym and attempt to get in shape. Make sure you are under the proper guidance and not wasting your time if you want to get the results you’re willing to put in the work for!

Tammy came from a powerlifting background and wanted to compete in the figure division. This took many phases of a new diet and training style to get to the final product!

from when we started together at 265 lbs to yesterday at 215lbs. Josh has lost so much weight since we’ve been together we have actually began increasing his carbs to get him to continue to lose weight.

I told him when we first started months ago if we wanted to compete we had some work to do. He did it and he’s continued to do it, even if it’s the backwards type of “work” like taking a rest day or dropping his cardio.

In order to be a good coach, you have to have good clients. I say this again and again and again. I am blessed to have so many hard working individuals that would eat dirt and climb mountains to reach the end goal.

I’d say has made some improvements. The power of a true off season with a coach with proper training techniques to match the nutrition. Just wait.

Glad to have and in town to train and practice some posing today. Very blessed to have hard working clients who want to learn and want to do things correctly.

We even had time to get a picture where they both out angle me. Look out for them both this year. Tons of potential.

Reminiscing on my many years now and how far I’ve come.

I still remember being an 18 year old kid watching people like workout and thinking he was massive (I think he was 170lbs at the time). I thought I’d never be able to put on size and I thought I was destined to just be small.

I remember when and owned a cafe here and I would go up there every morning and get 6 eggs, having zero idea how to put on mass.

I didn’t build anything quick. Everything I’ve ever done is from gaining more knowledge, trial and error, different phases of failing and wondering if I’d ever achieve a goal. One thing I maintained is 7 days a week, every week consistency for years on years. Approaching 8 years of training in just a few weeks and I still can’t believe how far I’ve come. Starting from a 98lb kid graduating high school and basically doubling a weight has not been easy. The gym lifestyle has been good to me and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
