When it comes to a good leg day, nothing hits like the classics! While there are plenty of new school machines that we love and aspire to add, these are a few of the old school pieces we consistently use.

The Nebula Leg Press
One of the smoothest and most efficient sled presses out there. Allows for good range of motion, heavy loading, and a comfortable foot position. This is one of the OG leg machines.

The JAMN Squat
Quite a rare piece. Mimics a front squat with a slightly elevated foot plate. Smooth flow and promotes solid squat mechanics.

The Barbell
You can’t go wrong with this and it should be a staple of every leg day. RDL’s, squats, deadlifts, and lunges. You name it and the barbell can do it. Load it heavy and build that base.
