Meet MARY JANE (MJ)!!! MJ has been a client with us for a long time, and teaches dance with at . We loved MJ for her heart and kind spirit and found out she had over a decade of teaching Pilates and fitness. So having her join our team was a no brained. She has the most amazing cues and a smile that can brighten anyone’s day. We thought you might want to know her more so we interviewed her for you! 1. What is your favorite move on the Xformer and signature Versaclimber movement?
“On the Xformer, I love King Cobra! It’s like a massage and workout at the same time. On the Versa, I love doing 24 x 8’s. It’s a push to hold long range for a set time.”

2. What’s your go-to pump-up song when you need extra motivation?
“Werk Out by Todrick Hall — it makes me laugh and reminds me to keep going no matter what!”

3. What piece of advice do you have for newbies?
“Try class at least 3x. There is a learning curve to both formats, and as you get familiar with the movements and patterns, you’ll be amazed at what you can do!”

4. What’s your go-to snack?
“Granola bars and smoothies.”

5. Where can we find you when you’re not at the studio?
“I’m spending time with my husband and two girls or teaching dance at Vision!” Come sweat with Tuesdays!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms in our Sweat Society community ❤️

To the moms who still show up for themselves while taking care of everyone else, we appreciate you more than you know. Your strength, consistency, and love inspire our studio every day.

We also want to send love to anyone who may be having a hard day today, those wanting to become moms, grieving a loss, or carrying emotions that aren’t always seen. You are part of this community too and we’re thinking of you today.

So thankful for all the women who make Sweat Society feel like home ✨
