Tonight Adam was recognized for his hard work. Adam had never turned away from a challenge, he works hard every time he is at the gym, and is extremely kind to everyone. He is just an all around great human being.

Not merely a three-day weekend. Not a time to honor living veterans. Memorial Day is when we honor the heroes who gave their all for freedom. We remember with gratitude the sacrifice of those who served, those who might be gone, but those who will never be forgotten.

Which support is the best for every athlete?

It would be the support that works best for that specific athlete. There is no one-size-fits-all in what we do, nor should there ever be. Movement and fitness belong to all, and with the right support, we believe every athlete can be successful.

For some, that support might be encouragement to try a heavier weight. For others, that might be challenging them to finish a few extra reps. For some, that may look like tracking your workout on a small whiteboard to see your progress.
