Happy Mother’s Day to all of my swim moms!!! I hope you have a fabulous day and feel celebrated! Here is a picture of the little starfish that made me a mom and impressed me SO much during their ISR lessons that I eventually became an instructor! I am so thankful today that I was chosen to be their mommy.

The most common question I receive is why ISR lessons are 5 days per week for 10 minutes. This is a great explanation for why we require consistent, short lessons. ISR is a proven method and your child will learn how to swim and roll over to float on their back in weeks, rather than months or years with traditional swim lessons.
