Super pumped to have just wrapped up a week-long Defensive Tactics course in Phoenixville, PA for law enforcement officers.

I’m incredibly humbled and honored to be in a position to share knowledge with my brothers and sisters in blue — not just to improve performance on the job, but to help them bring these skills back to their agencies and ultimately help save lives on both sides of the law.

The willingness of these officers to train hard, stay open-minded, and continue sharpening their skills speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to the communities they serve. Grateful for the opportunity and the trust. 👊🏼🇺🇸

Weapon Defense is an important part of our Women Empowered® program because the reality is this: while avoidance and de-escalation are always the goal, we also believe women deserve practical options if the unthinkable ever happens.

As a last resort, we teach our students how to defend themselves against an attacker armed with a weapon — but we also emphasize that a critical incident should never be the first time you’ve ever handled one.

That’s why we were honored to bring in the legendary Jack Jawor today to teach Fi****ms Safety & Fundamentals of Marksmanship to our ladies.

From safe handling and weapon selection to mindset and foundational shooting principles, this class gave our students valuable knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience in a safe and empowering environment.

A huge thank you to Jack Jawor for sharing his expertise, professionalism, and passion with our team today. The women absolutely loved it.
