🔴Staff Spotlight: Peter A. 🔦
Peter is one of our newest members of the operations team here at Louisville, and has also been dipping his toes in the routesetting world. Outside of The Spot, Peter is a climbing instructor at Lifetime Fitness and also tutors math and science.

Peter is a relatively new climber but crushes on the Kilter and Moonboards. “I have been climbing for around 2-3 years now. My favorite discipline is board climbing, because the problems are there forever. I can try over and over with unlimited time to send. I also started trad climbing recently. It was the best climbing experience I’ve had, and I am excited to grow in that discipline.”

Peter can be recognized by his professionalism and warm personality and has quickly become an integral member of The Spot community! “I started working at The Spot because first, when I climbed here as a guest I felt more welcomed here compared to times I went to other climbing gyms. I really like the climbing community and wanted to be part of it!”

He’s normally working Monday and Friday mornings in Lou and Thursday mornings in Boulder. Make sure to say hi during your next visit!
