💪 JUNE 22 - 26 • MAX TESTING WEEK
Twelve weeks of strength and conditioning have been building to this. Members will be putting everything on the line testing their max weight, reps and calories across a series of movements. This is where the work speaks for itself.

9AM - 10AM. This community is built on inclusion and this workout is a celebration of that. We are showing up together for Pride because at GRIT everyone is welcome, everyone is valued and everyone belongs. Members can sign up in the app.
