💪 JUNE 22 - 26 • MAX TESTING WEEK

Twelve weeks of strength and conditioning have been building to this. Members will be putting everything on the line testing their max weight, reps and calories across a series of movements. This is where the work speaks for itself.


🏳️‍🌈 JUNE 27 • SUPER SATURDAY FOR PRIDE

9AM - 10AM. This community is built on inclusion and this workout is a celebration of that. We are showing up together for Pride because at GRIT everyone is welcome, everyone is valued and everyone belongs. Members can sign up in the app.

The GRIT Monthly Fitness Challenge is here and this month we are on the sled!🔥

The goal is simple. Two trips. Your time is your score. Pull it. Push it.

This challenge falls right in the middle of our strength and conditioning phase and there is a reason for that. Sled training is one of the most complete movements you can do. It builds explosive lower body power, full body muscular endurance, cardiovascular capacity and the mental grit to produce force under fatigue.

Stay tuned at the end of the month to see who is standing at the top of the leaderboard!
