SlingShot Athletic Development A female owned and operated strength, speed, and conditioning program which aims to provide premiere hands on training to improve athletic performance.

SlingShot Athletic Development was born after hearing the story of David and Goliath. Though I had heard the story many times before, this time it resonated with me on an entirely different level. In that moment, I understood that when the Lord requires more of thee, He opens doors that no man can close. That's why armed with only a slingshot, a young shepherd boy by the name of David, transformed

into a powerful warrior and took on a terrifying giant by the name of Goliath. It's through faith and vision that on July 5, 2017 the city of Louisville will be introduced to an all female strength, speed, and conditioning program for student-athletes ranging from elementary to college.

These smiles are the best things about our time in Bullitt County. We can’t wait to see how their on the court development carries over into their middle/high school seasons. We are so proud of them on and off the court.

Tomorrow is the day!! Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Lil Shanklin's Donuts and Her Events & More are just two of the vendors that will be participating in this event. And of course there will be concessions. Come help support the Lady Crimsons in the 1st Male/Manual Alumni Basketball Game, located at Manual Gymnasium. Let’s make it one to remember‼️
