Alzheimer's affects more than memory. It can impact thinking, communication, behavior, and a person's ability to navigate everyday life. Supporting research, education, and family resources matters.

Yoga for Tweens & Teens starts tomorrow! 🧘‍♀️

Thursdays | 7:00–8:00 p.m.
September 3–24 with Gena Wilson

The teen years come with plenty of change, pressure, and figuring things out. Yoga can offer a place to slow down, tune in, and build tools for navigating it all.

In this 4-week series, teens and tweens will explore movement, breathwork, and guided meditation while building self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. Each class offers practical ways to manage stress and create a little more balance, both on and off the mat.

No yoga experience needed. Just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

$60 for all 4 classes
$18 drop-in, space permitting
Teen 5-pack punch cards accepted

Give your teen an hour each week to move, breathe, reset, and reconnect. 💙

Happy Monday, community! We hope you have time for a little space for yourself this week. Here's what's happening at LoCo Yoga:

• Toddler + Me Yoga with Sarah: This Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. is sold out, but join us next week for an introductory class if you've been curious about trying it out.

• Baby + Me Yoga with Sarah: Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. A few drop-in spots are available for $30, space permitting.

• Yoga for Teens & Tweens with Gena: It's back! Our new 4-week series starts this week! Thursdays at 7:00 p.m., this class gives teens and tweens a chance to move, breathe, and connect in a welcoming space. $60 for the series.

💜 Community Gives Yoga: Join Dawn this Saturday at 9:30 a.m. for an all-levels community practice. Class is just $10, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter.

• Renew and Restore: Preparing for Postpartum Recovery (Part of our Prenatal Series) with Sarah and Briaunna concludes this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Drop-ins welcome for $45.

Alzheimer’s-related changes in the brain can begin 20 years or more before symptoms appear, which is one reason research into early detection and prevention is so important.

Happy Monday, community! Here’s what’s happening at LoCo Yoga this week:

° Tween/Teen Yoga is coming back! Gena will be teaching again next month. Stay tuned for details.

° Toddler + Me Yoga with Sarah, Wednesday at 9:15 a.m., is currently full, but the waitlist is open for drop-ins. We often have a cancellation or two.

° Baby + Me Yoga with Sarah, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., has a few spots open. Drop-in is $30.

💜 Community Gives Yoga Flow with Allison, Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Just $10, supporting the Alzheimer's Association Colorado Chapter.

° Root & Restore: Outdoor Yoga + Forest Bathing with Erin and Lori, Sunday at 9:00 a.m. at Annette Brand Park. $35.

This Sunday at 1:00 p.m., Sarah Hieb ( and Briauna Donnelly lead Moving Through Labor & Birth, a workshop offering yoga, breathwork, and practical tools to help you feel prepared and confident for the big day.

You do not need to have attended Part 1 to participate. Just be sure to register specifically for Part 2 of the Prenatal Series.

Sarah and Briauna are both prenatal yoga teachers and birth doulas, bringing practical tools and experience to this supportive workshop.
